All items are produced using a print-to-order model. Once your order is placed, it is made specifically for you and shipped directly.

Because all items are print-on-demand, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, we do provide store credit in cases where there is an issue with your order. Please reach out for more information.

No. The canteen is open to anyone. While it is designed with past and present crew in mind, all are welcome to support and represent.
